Introduction
Here at Qualiteach, we specialise in both long-term/ permanent recruitment! We are currently partnered with a number of school and trusts across the local authority who are adding to their staffing immediately. Cover Supervisor needed.
Responsibilities
- Behaviour Mentor
- Act as a positive role model.
- Deliver a range of behaviour management techniques.
- Supporting learners with a range of SEN/SEMH needs.
- 1-1 and group interventions.
- Engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
Requirements
- Expereinced in managing behaviour.
- To have worked with learners with a range of needs.
- To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.
- Team Teach trained (preferred)
- Must have EHCP expereince.
- Must have enhance DBS.
