Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and classroom organization.
- Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Help implement behaviour strategies and promote engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is desirable.
- Strong communication, patience, and adaptability.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
- Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred but not essential.
