Learning Support Assistant needed - NO SEN
We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a wonderful primary team from February half term. The role will be based within a mainstream primary school in Borehamwood WD6, please see below for more details…
This is a full-time, term-time only role (Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 15:30)
- Start after February half term
Pay dependant on experience (£90-£110 per day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as a general TA with students in upper KS2 – NO SEN
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students in the classroom, re-directing negative behaviours and promoting positive engagement.
- Collaborate and support with the class teacher who is a second year ECT to develop and implement lesson plans
About you:
- Must have a DBS on the UDS
- Relevant qualifications are a plus but not essential
- Passionate about supporting in education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
