Salary/Rate:
£40,000 - £45,000/annum

KiddyKare are seeking a motivated Nursery Manager to join a busy, fast paced setting with a Good Ofsted and a full staff team in Maidenhead. 
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager looing for a larger occupied centre to manage.

Working 40 hours per week with a salary of up to £45,000 plus up to 25% annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities
•    Leadership: Inspire and lead your team towards excellence.
•    Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures.
•    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
•    Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively.
•    Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
•    Professional Development: Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education.

Qualifications and Experience
•    NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
•    A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
•    Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
•    A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
