One of our Client School in Hayes is seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive school environment and is eager to provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual learning plans (IEPs).
  • Encouraging and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Using a range of strategies to support pupils’ development and well-being.
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
  • A caring and patient nature with strong communication skills.
  • A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) or willingness to train.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
