We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping young minds, delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring that all students reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student growth and development
- Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a well-rounded curriculum
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
- Support students with additional needs and promote an inclusive classroom
- Ensure the classroom is organized and well-prepared for each lesson
- Manage student behavior in accordance with the school’s policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Experience in teaching primary-aged children is desirable
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best practices in primary education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, patient, and creative approach to teaching
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children
- Specialised experience in [e.g., literacy, numeracy, SEN] is an advantage
