Two SEMH Teaching Assistants are required for one-to-ones. in addition one other TA will work as additional cover/additional support. The candidates we are looking for would preferably have experience of working with students who have SEMH/behavioural issues and or other SEND needs (e.g. ADHD, Autism, ADD). They will need to be proactive in their approach to working with our students and be encouraging, energetic, engaging and supportive to our students. Preferably yuo will be Team Teach trained.

You must hold a Teaching Assistant or Youth Work qualification and have a background working with SEMH or a willingness to work in SEMH schools.

• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
