Calling all HLTAs!!

Coba Education are looking for experienced HLTAs to join our team to work in primary schools. We are on the lookout for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals that want to make a difference to childrens education. 

The role requires 

-Experience managing a classroom 
-Sound overall subject knowledge
-Good Classroom management skills
-Ability to mark work 
-Assist the teacher in planning lessons
-Ability to work throughout a school in different year groups 
-Experience of working with children that have additional needs advantageous 

The succesful candidate would have experience working as a HLTA or having worked as QTS who would like a role that still involes teaching without the additional expectations of working as a teacher.
