Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Year 1.
- Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia approach and outdoor learning principles.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
