Learning Support Assistant, Rugby (Warwickshire)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who can proactively assist a team of dedicated teachers and hard-working pupils.

Job Description:
- Providing individualized attention to students with a range of needs.
- Facilitating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Assisting students with schoolwork under the supervision of the teacher.
- Helping children understand instructions.
- Supporting assessment and evidencing learning.
- Comforting students when they are upset.
- Assisting with classroom displays and learning resources.
- Accompanying groups on trips.
