Value Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with KS1 in a Primary school. You will be based in the Trafford area and the right candidate will have the opportunity to go permanent.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and be committed to helping each child in the most effective way depending on the individual needs.
Teaching Assistant duties:
- Assisting the Class Teacher in preparing work for the lesson ahead
- Ensuring the classroom is a tidy and safe environment for the children
- Assisting with group activities
- Working with children on a 1:1 and group basis
Teaching Assistant requirements:
- Previous experience working with children
- Confident in communicating with parents
- Be able to handle difficult situations efficiently
- Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways
- Able to get to the Trafford area
