Salary: £28,594 - £30,841 per annum
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school site, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.
• Manage facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, and health & safety compliance.
• Carry out general DIY, routine maintenance tasks, and manage premises projects.
• Ensure security of the premises and grounds.
• Utilise your IT skills to handle facilities-related records and systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge of facilities management.
• Excellent DIY and general maintenance skills.
• Good IT skills for logging and managing maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager is beneficial, though candidates with strong technical and handy-person skills are encouraged to apply.
