Are you a passionate and experienced Year 5 teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity?

We have a fantastic full-time position available in a mainstream primary school in Accocks Green, starting immediately. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of an amazing school community, known for its supportive environment and commitment to excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full teaching responsibilities for a Year 5 class, including planning, preparation, and assessment of students
  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting students’ academic and personal development
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the school's curriculum and ethos
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers

Requirements:
 

  • Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2), particularly Year 5
  • Experience working in a UK school setting (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
