Key Responsibilities

- Classroom Management: Helping manage student behavior, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Resource Preparation: Preparing materials and resources needed for lessons, such as worksheets and displays.
- Supporting Special Needs: Providing targeted support for students with special educational needs or disabilities.
- Administrative Tasks: Assisting with tasks like marking work, record-keeping, and organizing classroom resources.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience working with children as a teaching assistant
- Relevant Level 2 or above qualifications in education, childcare, or special education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
