About the role: SEN Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We're seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), autism, and ADHD across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You'll work one-on-one with students to boost literacy and numeracy skills, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential. Application Requirements: 

• Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support are a plus, but not essential.
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting all students.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide one-on-one support to students with MLD, autism, and ADHD.
• Assist in developing individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Help students improve literacy and numeracy skills through focused interventions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth.
