About the role: SEN Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our inclusive team, providing dedicated support to students with a range of needs including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), autism, and ADHD. Working closely with the class teacher, you'll offer one-on-one assistance and lead small group activities, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Application Requirements:
• Previous experience or qualifications in supporting children with SEN.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A passion for making a positive impact in a supportive school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to SEN students, both 1:1 and in small groups.
• Assist in developing individualised learning plans and adapt teaching materials to suit student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged.
