Role Overview:
- Position: Early Years Educator
- Qualification Requirement: Full and relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3)
- Working Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Salary: £26,000
Responsibilities: As an Early Years Educator, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing children's development. Your responsibilities include:
- Having a key group of children, observing and recording their progress.
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues, children, and carers.

Qualifications and Attributes: To excel in this role, you should have:
