Ideal candidates will:

• Possess at least 6 weeks of recent experience working with children and young people within the last 2 years.
• Have previous experience managing challenging behaviors in educational or care settings.
• Demonstrate confidence and excellent communication skills.
• Work effectively within a collaborative learning support team.
