Your mission: to inspire and support small groups or individual students during the school day.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage and Educate: Deliver engaging lessons, either online or in-person, to help students excel in core subjects.
• Personalized Teaching: Assess each student's abilities and adapt your teaching methods to meet their needs.
• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with class teachers to design and implement individualized lesson plans.
• Commitment: Be dedicated and flexible with your hours to meet the needs of the students.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications and Experience: You should be a Qualified Teacher (QTS), an experienced tutor, or a school support worker with relevant qualifications and at least 6 months of experience.
• Curriculum Knowledge: A strong understanding of the UK curriculum and excellent subject knowledge.
• Classroom Management: Confident in managing classroom behaviour and delivering engaging lessons.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using IT systems for online tutoring sessions.
• New Graduates Welcome: Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
