BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: Walsall
SALARY: £23,000
ROLE PURPOSE
Provide an outstanding customer focused support function to both internal and external customers. Complete efficient, timely, accurate data entry functions into a variety of online or internal data systems. Work to deadlines unwaveringly and be prepared to be flexible to the needs of the business. Communicate effectively with all areas of the business, our partners, and anyone who engages with us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all data related to our financial claims for all contracts and projects is submitted timely and accurately.
- Follow the start paperwork process with employers and learners to complete starts onto the system timely.
- Work with our partners to support them with the submission of supporting evidence for claims and queries relating to their contracts.
- Produce a range of management reports timely.
- Carry out audits internally and externally in line with business needs.
- Register learners with Awarding Organisations (if applicable).
- Maintain records as required for contracts and projects.
- Comply with all company policies & procedures relating to GDPR.
- Achieve outstanding audits for compliance and controls.
- Provide an excellent service to internal customers.
- Provide an outstanding service to everyone who engages with the client, either in person or through any other route.
- Own individual performance plan and achieve planned development activities within agreed timescales
- Demonstrate effective behavioural competencies.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL:
- Level 2 Maths & English / Level 2 ICT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely and without restriction
- Car user
DESIRABLE:
- Knowledge of database management
- Knowledge of funded contracts (e.g. ESFA)
- Administration/ICT Qualification
