Coba Education are seeking Secondary School teachers to work on a regular supply basis in Wellingborough.
We welcome self-driven individuals, including ECT’s with good classroom experience, who approach their work in a highly professional manor. As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of education in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers or developing your own lesson plans when necessary.
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students to help with their success.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining discipline in line with school policies.
• Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to address student needs and maintain consistency in instruction.
• Providing feedback to regular classroom teachers regarding student progress and any other details
What we require from you:
• QTS or ECT status (desireable but not essential)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Resourcefulness and enthusiasm
• To keep up to date with the National Curriculum
• Two reliable references
