Coba Education are seeking Secondary School teachers to work on a regular supply basis in Wellingborough. 

We welcome self-driven individuals, including ECT’s with good classroom experience, who approach their work in a highly professional manor. Supply teaching provides several benefits including the opportunity to work with numerous schools around your area, the flexibility of choosing your working days and making new connections.

As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of education in the absence of regular classroom teachers.


Your responsibilities will include:
•    Implementing lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers or developing your own lesson plans when necessary.
•    Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students to help with their success. 
•    Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining discipline in line with school policies.
•    Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to address student needs and maintain consistency in instruction.
•    Providing feedback to regular classroom teachers regarding student progress and any other details


What we require from you:
•    QTS or ECT status
•    Strong classroom management skills
•    Resourcefulness and enthusiasm
•    To keep up to date with the National Curriculum
•    Two reliable references
