A teacher is required immediatley to teach Religious Studies at a very good school near Burton on Trent. The position is temporary.

To apply for this position, you will require to have experience in teaching in the UK and be able to deliver lessons in Religious Studies to Y7 to Y11 in line with the current National Curriculum. For this some planning and marking will be required. Essentially you must also be comfortable delivering lessons to all pupil abilities and be flexible in your approach to teaching.

Applicants need the right to work in the UK and to be prepared to undergo compliance checks to ensure they are suitable to work with children. This includes having an DBS certificate on the update service and providing two referees.

Applicants for this position of Religious Studies teacher will initially be screened over the telephone to assess suitability and then be invited for an interview with the agency prior to the interview with the school.
