We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of secondary-age students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction and support to a small group of secondary students (maximum of 9) with diverse learning needs.
• Address individual learning goals, ensuring a personalized and inclusive educational experience.
• Assess and plan for any gaps in primary education, implementing strategies to help students catch up with essential foundational skills.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development.
• Implement and adapt the curriculum to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Utilize strong behavior management skills to create a conducive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Teaching experience in either the UK or overseas.
• Proven experience working with secondary-age students or those with behavioural issues.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral management strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Familiarity with adapting and modifying curriculum to meet individual learning needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
