Responsibilities and requirements of a Nursery Practitioner:
As a Nursery Practitioner you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children.
Your requirements and responsibilities include:
- Good relevant Childcare experience and a Childcare level 2/3 qualification or above
- An understanding of child developmental needs
- A good knowledge of EYFS educational practices
- Genuine love and enthusiasm for working with children
- Ensure a tidy, organised, and stimulating learning environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Plan and execute creative activities to promote cognitive, social and physical growth
