Responsibilities and requirements of a Nursery Practitioner:

As a Nursery Practitioner you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children.

Your requirements and responsibilities include:

• Good relevant Childcare experience and a Childcare level 2/3 qualification or above
• An understanding of child developmental needs
• A good knowledge of EYFS educational practices
• Genuine love and enthusiasm for working with children
• Ensure a tidy, organised, and stimulating learning environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team 
• Plan and execute creative activities to promote cognitive, social and physical growth
