FIND are a specialist recruitment company servicing the Learning, Technology & Skills market.

We are currently supporting one of the largest Training Providers, globally, to build a new Bids team.

This is a super exciting role for Bid Coordinator/Manager to pick up and turn a reactive Bid service into a proactive revenue capture Bids team.


The organisation providers Talent Solutions in the way of Apprenticeships, Training, Learning & Vendor Qualifications.

We are keen to speak to Bid Managers from Learning or the Human Capital sector – EG, Recruitment, RPO, MSP, Staffing, Consulting etc.


Either London or Manchester. Hybrid working – 2/3 structure. Flexibility for the right candidate

Salary & Benefits:

  • £50,000pa (Negotiable DOE)
  • 25 days leave + BH (increasing YoY to 30 days)

  • Serve as the primary contact for BIDs; working with our Client Services and Business Development teams to identify repeat business or new business tender opportunities for existing clients or new clients
  •  Centralise and organise those opportunities against group strategy, their contract value, and the verticals they cover
  • Analyse BIDs to lead the BID/no BID score-carding system throughout the sales team to improve group win rate
  • Implement a robust end to end BIDs management process including clear internal service level agreements and sign off procedures to aid the BID decision making process and mobilisation of resource to complete BIDs
  • Coordinate and schedule the resource and support needed to deliver the various assets and output for each tender
  • Write or co-write compelling, high-quality content in BIDs and proposals encompassing our unique win themes and differentiators that relate to the client's needs and objectives
  • Oversee quality, technical, and commercial aspects of BIDs, developing best practice toolkits, systems, and processes
  • Manage and maintain the BID and Content library
  • Set group wide KPIs for BIDs and create BID tracker and subsequent BID dashboard to report on group wide BID activity and KPIs through the provision of management reports
  • Line manage BID Coordinator who will support the BID Manager with end-to-end BID management activities
