Ashley Kate HR & Finance are currently partnering with a public sector client who are looking to recruit for a HR Advisor position. This is a fixed term contract for approx 6 months with the potential to go permanent!
This role will be supporting into the HR manager and will be split across working from home, and working from sites across the Nottinghamshire area.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to-
·Providing employment advice and guidance using HR policies and procedures meeting best practise standards.
·Working closely with senior leaders across the business to resolve case management issues.
·Oversee and advise on absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
·Supporting the HR policy development and implementation.
What my client is looking for-
·Experience in dealing with absences, disciplinaries and grievances.
·Experience in an Advisory position.
·You must be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
·Proven experience of managing complex ER cases.
·Ability to influence at all levels with assertive, engaging and professional style.
