We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw Campus to join us as a Project Worker on a fixed term (Until July 2023), full time (37 hours per week) term time only basis.

The purpose of this role is supporting the delivery of curriculum and pastoral care to learners in our specialist 16-18 education provision. To work with individual and small groups of learners who need additional support to address their emotional and behavioural barriers to learning.

In order to do this, you will need:

Relevant Youth and Community Work qualification or equivalent
Relevant appropriate experience working in a youth related environment
Significant experience of working with school-age learners within alternative education settings
The ability to work independently to achieve positive outcomes for learners
Ability to foster a culture of positive teamwork
Confident IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
