Secondary Teachers now required in the Nottinghamshire area. ABC Teachers are looking for secondary teachers who are looking for a more flexible role within secondary schools across Nottinghamshire. Have you recently finished your SCITT/PGCE and want to broaden your experience across a multitude of schools or are you an experienced teacher looking to ease up on your teaching hours? This role offers a fantastic opportunity to teachers on either end of their teaching career. 

2021 seen a massive increase schools require teachers from ABC Teachers even after the affects of COVID 19 had been accounted for. The new academic year will see the same requirement for staff members and teachers. therefore we need staff who are looking for that flexibility in working shcedule and schools attended.

About the role

ABC Teachers are looking for secondary school teachers to tach a wide variety of subjects and schools. This is the ideal role for a PGCE student looking to gain experience in different schools around their current studies or placement. You will be required to cover your specialised subject or general day to day cover. Whilst you are working as a Cover Supervisor to gain more experience we can run any long-term teaching positions by you for September starts.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Secondary Teacher you will:

  • Able to obtain suitable references and a valid DBS check
  • Have experience working in  secondary school setting
  • Have a valid DBS registered to the update service or, be prepared for a new one

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • to be currently completing a suitable qualification to teach i.e PGCE/BeD, with a valid QTS.
