Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Liverpool secondary schools who are looking for a Permanent Teacher of Design Technology to start in September 2022. The position will pay up to £189.54 per day, depending on experience. Our client school are looking for a Design Technology Teacher who possesses excellent Resistant Materials subject knowledge and strong behaviour management skills. ECT's are welcome to apply

The role:

  • Teacher of Design Technology to KS3 and KS4 (Resistant Materials)
  • September 2022 start
  • Permanent post
  • Full time position
  • Excellent Design Technology subject knowledge and behaviour management are essential

The school:

  • Liverpool local authority
  • Approximately 350 pupils on roll
  • Small, All boys secondary school
  • 11-18 school

The essentials:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Design Technology (Resistant Materials) across KS3 and KS4
  • Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
  • Full and complete 10-year career history
  • Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
  • Legal right to work in the UK
