My client is the leading Tech skills organisation in the UK, with a large network of offices across the country. Owing to significant growth and expansion they are now seeking an additional Business Developers to join their successful Corporate / SME or Public Sector teams.

They are an award winning market leader in this sector, with over 5000 clients in the UK, ranging from both Government Depts to major FTSE 250 alongside smaller SME's.

Working with IT/Tech clients across the UK, your remit will be to proactively onboard apprenticeship programme in the following areas: - IT Infrastructure, Digital Marketing, Software Development, Cyber Security, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, AI & Professional Management from Levels 3/4 (A'Level equiv) Levels 4,5 & 6 (Degree Equiv) and Level 7 (Masters equiv). These programmes are open to both new and existing employees.

Hybrid working available!

Working from home and office as you choose, you will be responsible for developing your own pipeline of business from your target clients within the corporate / SME markets developing the relationships and ongoing account management duties to retain and gain repeat business. You will provide advice and support on a wide range of programmes on offer, and be there to ensure customer satisfaction with the services delivered.

You will be representing a business with strong values - they place huge emphasis on 'powering clients, students and learners to win in the digital revolution!' 

This role is full cycle, including research, prospecting, client meetings, presentations, tendering and ongoing account management. As such you need to happy building your own pipeline and reaping the rewards of your success. For most companies, they will have funding in place for apprenticeship programmes, which leaves it down to you to influence them to choose you for this resource over the competition. Working for the market leader in this sector, you will have the backing of a professional and reputable organisation which places value on clients and you as an employee!
