My client is the market leading Tech skills organisation in the UK, with a large network of offices across the country. Key locations are Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle and Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The Northern team just won 'sales team of the year!'

Owing to significant growth and expansion they are now seeking credible and professional Client Relationship Managers to join their successful Corporate / SME / Public Sector Account Management teams in Glasgow.

They are an award winning market leader, with over 5000 clients in the UK, ranging from both Government Depts to major FTSE 250 alongside smaller SME's.

Offering a wide range of commercial training packages to clients, covering the following areas:- IT Infrastructure, Digital Marketing, Software Development, Cyber Security, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, AI & Professional Management.

Hybrid working - Working from home and office as you choose, you will be responsible for developing your own pipeline of business alongside nurturing warmer leads and existing clients. Working with target clients within the corporate / SME markets developing the relationships, routing out and securing opportunities to develop and expand client spend, ongoing account management duties to retain and gain repeat business. You will provide advice and support on a wide range of programmes on offer, and be there to ensure customer satisfaction with the services delivered. You will be representing a business with strong values - they place huge emphasis on 'powering clients, students and learners to win in the digital revolution!'

BDM duties: C-suite level contacts. This role is full cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, presentations, tendering and ongoing account management. As such you need to happy building your own pipeline and reaping the rewards of your success. For most companies, they will have funding in place for apprenticeship programmes, which leaves it down to you to influence them to choose you for this resource over the competition.
