Are you a qualified primary teacher who is looking for a new role and would welcome the opportunity to take on an area of responsibility ?

Strategy Education are delighted to be working as a preferred supplier to an outstanding academy trust whose primary and secondary schools are based throughout London and Essex.

The Trust provides opportunities for continuous career progression and welcomes aspiring leaders who are keen to reach their ambitions. One of their outstanding primary schools in Essex is looking for a qualified teacher to join their teaching team for the new academic year.

The school is growing year on year and so this appointment will be to add to the existing staff team at either key stage 1 o2 ; TLR points could be available for the right person. The ideal candidate will have the potential and ambition to undertake phase of core subject leadership and will be willing to contribute to the wider life at the academy.

The successful candidate will be well qualified, hold QTS and will also be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.

The appointment will be on a permanent basis from September 2020, scale point will be negotiable depending on experience. The trust also offers additional benefits such an additional allowance on salary, performance and loyalty bonus and a pension scheme
