English Graduate Teacher Training – North Somerset

We are working with an amazing group of schools who are looking for outstanding candidates to join their English teacher training programme. You will need a degree (2:2 or higher) this does not have to be subject specific. A good educational background but more important is the type of person.

Do you have a passion for English?

Are you interested in training to become a teacher?

Perhaps you have experience working within a school?

The lead school is found in Weston-super-Mare and is an Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ school. They are part of a trust that includes two other Secondary schools and 4 primary schools. All the schools are in nice settings and have excellent facilities, including new state of the art buildings. The whole school from pupil to Executive Principal, take pride in their school and the staff are as equally supportive in their individual departments.

As an established training school and supported by Plymouth Marjons University, their training programme helps mould you into an outstanding teacher. You get to work in a variety of schools throughout the trust as well as having the support of your own mentor and the other trainee teachers.
