Day Webster Education are looking for a teaching assistant with a specialism working within Special Educational Needs with young people for a College in the Uxbridge area.

We are looking for a TA confident in working with Young People with SEN.

**Long Term/Part-Time (Mon-Thurs) position

Person Specification - SEN Teaching Assistant – Uxbridge

The successful applicant will be a dependable and calm and one who is comfortable working with Autism, Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties and Severe Learning Difficulties and can provide a safe, nurturing environment. You will arrive with a willingness to take on extra responsibility which will further your understanding of working within SEN education.

About the Role - SEN Teaching Assistant – Uxbridge

In this role you will be joining a caring and ambitious team who work hard to achieve progress for their students. You will be expected to help with feeding and assist with personal care. Full training will be provided.

The College - SEN Teaching Assistant – Uxbridge

The specialised college is for 16-25yr olds in West London located a short walk from it's nearest station. The College has 2 small provisions, 1 for challenging students and the other for Young People with special needs. They cater for up to 55 young people with a range of SEN.
