Based at any RNN College site, North Notts Worksop, Dearne Valley College, Rotherham, Dinnington with travel up to a 40 mile radius with flexibility
4 day post (days can be flexible), permanent

You will plan, promote and deliver employer aware, employer experience and employer ready activities for all learners. You will be a role model setting high student aspirations, develop their work skills and prepare them for their future within the Services to Business sector. You will seek and develop effective relationships with local businesses to ensure meaningful employer involvement in order to allow your learners to fulfil their potential.
You will be responsible for delivering business admin, customer service, team leading/supervising at L3, setting targets with learners and employers and tracking learner progress to promote positive outcomes. You will positively embrace change and equally understand the challenges faced within the Further Education sector.
You will need:
- A Teaching qualification
- D Units/A1/TAQA
- PTLLS/Awarding in business Level 3
- Occupational experience ideally qualified to Level 3 or above
- GCSE A-C or equivalent, Functional Skills Level 2 (Maths, English & ICT)
