Banking Services Coach/Assessor
About the role.
Our Coaches and Assessors make a direct impact on peoples lives by delivering apprenticeship programmes to learners at some of the county’s biggest retail banks and financial institutions. Utilising your experience, you will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support and guide them through their training and assessment. You will be required to visit banks/financial institutions locally and deliver a professional, high quality service, underpinned by the need to meet exacting quality procedures set by the awarding body and the host client.
Have you got what it takes?
It would be great if you have deliverd to aprentices within a financial setting but we also can consider candidates who have worked in the sector at a senior level who have delivered elemnents of work based training. You should have a passion for what you do. Ideally you will have a CAVA, A1 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards one. Excellent communication skills are essential, both when dealing with our on-site apprentices and the relevant stakeholders they report in to. You must be professional and able to motivate and encourage people at all levels. You will need lots of energy, enthusiasm with the ability to bring the subject matter to life. You will need to be willing to travel and have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
