Zest Education are currently working with an "outstanding" all boys school in the Perry Barr area who are on the look out for a SENCo to join them ASAP.
About the SENCO Role
The school is looking to appoint a new SENCO to replace an outstanding practitioner. The SEN department is extremely supportive and welcoming, and are at the heart of the day to day runnings of the school. The SENCO position comes with a lot of responsibility and you will need to have the ability to hit the ground running.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a wealth of knowledge of successful practices in SEN and inclusion to be considered for this SENCO role. You will be required to lead in all aspects of SEN and be able to record this information whilst sharing it with leadership. This role is suitable for a SENCO looking for a new challenge.
Please note to be considered for the role, you MUST have previous experience as a SENCo within a Secondary School.
The chosen SENCo will then begin a temporary contract with the school after the February Half Term with a view to be made permanent. Daily rates are between £100 and £120 per day, subject to experience.
NB: All necessary safeguarding checks will be carried out, prior to commencement of work. This includes references to cover the last two years, and a fully enhanced DBS.
