Are you passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives? An incredible opportunity is available for Learning Mentors for a Ofsted rated ‘good’ alternative provision in Birmingham.

The school caters for students that have been excluded from mainstream schools, reasons including challenging behaviour and emotion and social difficulties. The school are looking to recruit two proactive Learning Mentors to assist in teaching across the whole of the curriculum. You will join a motivated and ambitious SEND team where the leadership is exceptional. The school prides its self on the excellent reputation for educating children and giving them the right skills to either go back into mainstream education, right qualifications to move onto further education or the rights skills to start employment.

The Successful Leaning Mentor will need:

* Experience in supporting young people with challenging behaviour

* Positive Mental Attitude

* To be enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference

* Team Teach (Desirable)
