QTS SEN Teacher
Do you have experience of teaching children with varying special educational needs including Autism & Asperger syndrome, Specific Learning Difficulties, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and other complex needs?
If so, we'd love to hear from you as Empowering Learning are currently working with a great special school in Birmingham that cater for pupils of ages ranging from 2-19 with a variety of needs. The school are looking for a Teacher with a passionate and dedicated work ethic for their primary phase.
The school are open to see teachers that are both available full time and part time, they are looking for the right person(s) for their school. There will be planning involved for all lessons and PPA time will be provided. The phase you will be teaching is made up of 3 classes of 8-10 children, within each class there is a HLTA and 2 Teaching assistants sometimes more depending on the needs of the children.
The School are extremely passionate and offer very friendly and supportive environments to work within. The Senior Leadership Team are very approachable and go over and beyond what is expected to fulfil the needs of their pupils.
A successful applicant would need:
* UK QTS
* Experience in teaching pupils with additional needs
* Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Passion, enthusiasm and dedication
