Your new nursery
Your new Nursery is a fantastic setting that looks after children aged 5 months to 4 years old. This nursery has a creative approach to learning, encouraging their staff to use their initiative to interact and engage the children with their learning. This nursery has recently had a new manager and is undergoing a period of change to progress and improve the setting further.
Your new role
As a nursery practitioner within this nursery you will need to be passionate about working with children. You will be working in a small team, delivering exceptional day care. You will be helping build and encourage the children’s confidence through meaningful activities, interactions and planning, suited to each individual child. You will be using your creativity to lead stimulating, fun and educational activities, as well as allowing the children to lead their own learning. You will share key children that you will carry out planning, preparation and observations for, reporting progression back to the room leader and manager.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for the role you must hold a level 3 qualification as well as previous nursery experience. You will have a calm and relaxed nature and be passionate about working with children. You must have had at least a years’ experience within a nursery setting.
