Phonics Booster Teacher
Are you a qualified teacher with experience of delivering phonics? Are you looking for a role for the rest of the academic year? Are you passionate about raising attainment levels in Phonics?
Celsian Education are working with a primary school in Manchester to recruit for a Phonics booster teacher. The role will commence as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the academic year. It will be a 0.5 contract. The school have specified that it is essential that all candidates are a qualified teacher and have a proven track record in raising the attainment levels in phonics in key stage 1.
To be considered for this role the applicant:
* Must have experience working in Key Stage 1 Teaching
* Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
* Must have an excellent knowledge of delivering Phonics
* Must have a valid and recognised teaching qualification
* Must be experienced in managing and maintaining administration requirements
Celsian Education require all candidates to have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be happy to obtain one and we will need to obtain sufficient references to cover the last 2 years, at least 1 reference must be from an educational/childcare setting.
