Are you a Business Studies teacher available for full-time work and looking for a new long term role? Do you have experience of teaching Business studies in secondary schools and have you taught KS3, GCSE and BTEC Business Studies previously?

We are seeking to appoint a Business Studies teacher to join a forward-thinking department in an ambitious school between Leeds and Bradford. This is a full-time temporary role to start as soon as possible.


*Planning, delivering and marking lessons for Business Studies KS3, GCSE and BTEC

*Teaching students from year 7 to sixth form

The successful candidates will:

*Be excellent practitioners

*Hold a relevant teaching qualification

*Have the knowledge and experience or ambition to teach across a range of ages and abilities

*Be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved

*Have experience managing behaviour in a positive manner

*Have the ability to impact students' learning and progress


*Large modern secondary school in the Southend area with fantastic facilities

*Opportunities for progression within the school itself as well as other schools within the trust

*Continual improvement in Ofsted reports as a result of improved tuition

*The senior team continually promote best practice and leadership

*The school is based in a convenient location for access from Leeds or Bradford by public transport or car
