To be successful in the role of English Teacher/ Literacy Coordinator the school is looking for an outstanding practitioner who has leadership experience or is ready for progression. Ideally you will have experience of teaching KS5, and be able to inspire peers as well as your students, and be an ambitious teacher who is passionate about providing an outstanding education to all children. No leadership experience is essential, but would be an advantage, and with plenty of support on offer from other SLT, this role really is open to the best candidate regardless of years of teaching.
