Specialist day school in East London that provide tailored education to students aged 7 to 17 who have social, emotional and mental health. The school adopts a positive approach to help the students learn effectively and develop. They have extremely passionate leadership team who work together to ensure the smooth running of the school.
You will be required to take on the role of an English Teacher at the school which will require you to plan, mark and asses students work. It is essential that you have the knowledge to create individual education plans for students to ensure they have sufficient access to a varied education.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management is essential
* The ability to hit the ground running
* Using your initiative in high pressure situations
* Friendly, approachable and confident manner
* Qualified Teacher status (NQT’s may be considered if strong)
