Tempest Resourcing are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join a primary school based in Rochdale.

• Plan, develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and cooperation among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning and well-being.
• Implement school policies and regulations regarding behavior management and safeguarding.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in Primary Education.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Organizational skills to manage lesson planning, assessment, and administrative tasks effectively.
• Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning and development.
• Experience in a primary school setting is desirable, though newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
