This is an exciting opportunity to join our small HR Team at Bristol Grammar School. You will work closely with the Head of HR to help provide pro-active professional HR advice and support to all levels of staff within the School community. You will be involved in the operational day-to-day HR tasks as well as supporting specific projects and initiatives. About the role Duties will include: Delivery of a professional HR generalist service, providing high quality professional HR guidance on a range of HR issues including case work, performance management, disciplinary, and sickness management Involvement in employee engagement and employee voice, including employee surveys, exit interviews, employee committees and other communication avenues Supporting the recruitment process Contract administration, including drafting and issuing letters and associated documents on a range of employment matters Upkeep of Staff Employment Manual - redrafting procedures, processes and forms Provide advice and support to employees, and more Please see the job description for full details, this can be accessed from our website.
