Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to children with SEN or ASD, assisting with daily activities and routines.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes learning, independence, and social interaction.
- Implement individualized support plans, ensuring that the specific needs and preferences of each child are met.
- Monitor and assess the progress of children, reporting any concerns or developments to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create comprehensive support strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, progress, and any incidents, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in supporting children with SEN or ASD.
