We are currently seeking to represent an experienced secondary school SENCO for an Assistant Principal job based in Sandwell, Smethwick (B66 3QB), West Midlands based school. We are looking for a qualified SENCO who would be available for a new permanent leadership post from September 2024.

This secondary school-based Assistant Principal and SENCO job is available on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2024 (or sooner). This school has a fantastic Headteacher at the helm who truly puts the needs of their pupils first. We are seeking a likeminded team member to join them in their journey. In order to be successfully shortlisted in any of your applications with us we will require the following:

A relevant teaching qualification.
NASENCO Qualification or substantial experience within a SENCO role 
All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements as a first step in the process.
