Our Guaranteed Work Teacher program ensures that qualified teachers have consistent opportunities to work in our primary schools, providing stability for both educators and pupils. The focus of a Guaranteed Work Teacher is to ensure continuity of learning and support the educational development of pupils during temporary absences of regular teaching staff.

Responsibilities:

• Fill temporary teaching vacancies across various subjects and year groups as needed, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively, maintaining high standards of teaching and pupil engagement.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and productive learning environment for pupils.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse pupil populations and support their academic progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Previous teaching experience in primary or secondary education in the UK.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in different primary school environments and with varying curriculum requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
