We are working with a leading Special Educational Needs (SEN) school dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Therapeutic Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Therapeutic Teacher you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and empowering educational experience for students with special needs. You will work collaboratively with a team of educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure that each student receives personalized attention and support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement therapeutic teaching strategies tailored to individual student needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and support staff, to create comprehensive education plans.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
* Provide regular feedback to parents and guardians on student development and achievements.
* Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about best practices in therapeutic teaching.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
* Relevant teaching certification.
* Proven experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly in a therapeutic setting.
* Strong understanding of therapeutic teaching methodologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to the well-being of students.
